Pause any email-sending step until a person approves. Draft, context, and recipient shown in one card.

Set a fallback: if no one reviews in 4 hours, the step notifies a second person instead of sending.

Fixed an issue where the last thread message was occasionally missing from escalation bundles. Every escalation now carries the complete thread.

Retried steps now re-check their output before passing work forward. A stale partial result no longer slips past a failed first attempt.

Stuck steps now follow rules you set: retry with backoff, reroute to another agent, or page a human. Nothing dies silently anymore.

Choose US, EU, or APAC at the workspace level on Enterprise. Data never moves outside your chosen region without you changing it.
